DR. ASHLEY DURANDChiropractor
Dr. Ashley Durand grew up in Eagan, MN. Dr. Ashley was introduced to chiropractic care at an early age, due to a sports injury. She found that proper alignment and being free of subluxations not only helped her recover from injuries but also to perform at her optimal potential. After high school, Dr. Ashley completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Physiology at the University of Iowa in Iowa City, IA.
After her time in Iowa City, IA, Dr. Ashley returned home to Minnesota to attend Northwestern Health Sciences University where she completed the Master of Health Science in Applied Clinical Nutrition and Doctor of Chiropractic degrees. Throughout her time in chiropractic school, Dr. Ashley solidified her understanding of the body’s unique ability to heal itself from the inside out. She also developed a passion for educating those around her about the way the body was designed to function along with true health and wellness.
When Dr. Ashley is not in the office, she is often found outside enjoying the fresh air with her family and friends. She and her husband, Adam, frequently seek opportunities to be outside and near a lake. Dr. Ashley looks forward to continuing to serve the communities of Eagan, Apple Valley, Mendota Heights and surrounding areas through principled chiropractic care!
